The Haldex system is unproven...it's at the same state the previous Volvo AWD system was at when it was introduced a few years ago: no long-term, real-world data. We'll know in 2-3 years. One can only hope the problems with the previous system have been corrected; but have they introduced new ones? Given Volvo's inconsistent track record over the last decade, I wouldn't bet the farm.....
