Windshield squirters

I replaced the T-valve (checked for good pressure before doing so) and cleaned out the nozzles as best as I could but I'm still getting crappy pressure out to the window. Any ideas? Will the replacement T-valve make a difference? The hoses wouldn't be shot would they?
