I've got Warranty Gold's top of the line package (Diamond I think) and it has been excellent. It's about an extra $50 - 100 to get a no-deductible option but I highly recommend it.

I've had my plan for almost 10,000 miles now with one significant repair and one minor one (two different dealerships). Even the dealership that told me they only take the Volvo and AutoNation plans (they were owned by AutoNation) used my Warranty Gold plan with no problems. Warranty Gold pays full retail rates and will pay the dealer / independent garage by Visa or MasterCard so you'll find that just about everybody will take their plan (and if you find someone who won't you can manually do it yourself by getting an estimate for repair called or faxed into Warranty Gold either during or after the repair).

I looked at a lot of options and couldn't be happier with the service I've received so far (including the roadside service that's included - I had have two jumpstarts a few weeks back before I was able to find a replacement battery).
