replace or repair power seat? prices?

thanks francisira, I called the dealer, had the part for $55, used my mechanics disc. to pay just $32, ripped apart teh seat and got it fixed with little unforseen problems, even though the seat was stuck fully reclined so working on it was a real b*tch. Anyway, $32 and 2hrs later, its fixed.
