Mechanical Timing belt tensioner procedure?

TSB 2210015 covers the procedure. It has images in it so
I could not just cut and paste the text. alldatadiy.com has
the info but you pay $25/year for subscrition. A dealer should
be able to print it for you.

The procedure looks a bit tricky in that you have to set it based
on air temperature. A Volvo Tech that posts here has recommended the
mechanical tensioners be left to the dealer. On the bright side, I
think the replacement period might be longer so possibly you don't
have to replace it yet (might check with the dealer on that since
I'm not sure).
