Two free things to try right off the bat are excercising the Mode and PNP switch. The Mode switch is the selector near the shifter for Econ/Sport/Winter. Rock it back and forth a few times. It should feel crisp and not just wallow back and forth.
The other is the PNP switch on the tranny. With the engine off run the shifter back and forth from P to L about twenty times. This wipes the contacts on the PNP switch. Do these one at a time. When driving the car, while stopped, rock the Mode switch back and forth about 10 times then drive. If the problem is still there, pull over stop the engine and try the other. I'd bet it clears up. Colder weather seems to bring out problems with worn PNP switches.
If you're a DIY type, the replacement procedure is at:

Good luck and DON'T flush your transmission! If the fluid hasn't been changed recently I'd recommend that it be done but DO NOT POWER FLUSH.
