Headlight washer doesn't 850 1995

I just encountered the same problem but worst than yours. Both of the windshield and headlight washer have no liquid coming out. Pump was fine. I just bought both check valves from Boston Volvo of "net price" $3.22 each.

The headlight check valve "gray" in color and located right below the passenger side headlight assembly. I think that you need to remove the plastic trim right under the headlight assembly to get access the valve. To remove the plastic trim, you need to disconnect the headlight wiper first.
