Weird squishy vibrating pedal!!!!

Maybe you need to be more specific about when this happens. Why and when does your ABS light come on? Is something wrong with that system?

If your problem is just squishy pedal, you may need to bleed to brake lines. This is a common maintenance action on Volvos, and will restore a firm pedal in many cases.
