It was included with my car too. The one time I needed Volvo on Call, I found them, well, worthless. Or less than wothless, they never came out, and I wasted a lot of time on the phone with them.

I also have AAA and I'm somewhat unhappy with their performance lately, but they did show up and flatbed my car they last time I needed them .... they also eventually showed up to flatbed my kid's car about a year ago, and promptly dropped it off the flatbed (my wife, who accumulated most of the 180k on the car, was in tears).....
