Volvo rotors just seem to warp, lug nut torque or not. Fortunately, the replacement rotors are pretty cheap.

IMO, the best choice is Brembo rotors (if they're good enough for Porsche, they're good enough for me) and the Volvo OEM pads with the Volvo grease. That's my opinion, there are probably more different opinions than you'll get responses.
