Speedometer Recalibration S70

True, if it's a '98, it's done by using their hand-held VST scan tool after giving it the cars PIN # (only dealer parts guys can get that # from Volvo). If it's a '99 on up, it's done through the dealers Vadis PC.
If tire size is changed, the new size should be changed for accurate speedo and trip computer calibrations, if equiped.
