Erwin, the nice thing about keeping good records on your own car is, that when you see 5mm (.200") remaining, but you know that you got 10,000 miles from the last 2mm of wear, that you could go another 20,000 safely... or go 10,000 and then replace them... at least it is at your convience, not some Dlrs. So you could chk. them again next summer, know what I'm saying ? Tom (who likes to think he is in control of the car :>))
