camber adjustment 850 1996

It's done by loosening the 2 bolts at the bottom of the strut. That usually gives you enough to get it tweaked BUT if that isn't good enough, there's also a special camber kit that one can order through any Volvo dealers parts department. The PN for that kit is the OEM front suspension service manual, not in their parts info.
