Another Air Pump Control Relay Question....... 850 1996

He's just guessing. I'd go to a place where they know Volvos. Was the air pump check valve replaced with the pump and relay? The check valve being faulty is why the pump gets water in it.
Don't let anyone guess at a control unit, highly unlikely.
