not where I live.... the guy who charges only $12 doesn't have a dynamic balancer and hammered conventional wheel weights onto my alloy wheels (DAMHIK).
The $25 is high, but that also includes a new valve, sales tax, and a $3.50 disposal fee for the old tire. Plus the shop handles even my steel wheels with care, and the guy running the balancer does not spin the balance-zeroing wheel like a roulette wheel (like the idiots working for Town Fair Tire do). Nice alloys get cut-to-size adhesive wheel weights.
