Fog Lights for my 98 V70 V70-XC70 2000

Volvo sells a kit for around $200-$250. It includes the relay, lights and switch. All wiring is in place, but the relay is a challenge for big people to install. It is under the driver's side dashboard and requires the knee bolster to be removed.
