I have a 1997 850 GLT Turbo with the Low pressure turbo 2.5 liter. The only thing i do is to be sure the oil is changed at every 3000 miles and i use mobil1 so this may be overkill but the oil is the life blood of the engine and turbo. I have had the tranny fluid flushed also. I have approx 90K miles on teh car and except for the front brakes being hard on rotors and pads the car is no problem at all to maintain. I recently put on cross drilled rotors to see if they will last longer than the stock rotors did.

just keep the oil changed and have fun.
