...that the new rotors are not running true (they are warped) just because they're new, doesn't nessessarily mean they're good. Also the mounting surfaces on the hub must be cleared of scale and other residue. That could impact the trueness of the rotors as well. Take it back, and have the tech check the rotors with a dial indicator. They should be true WITHIN .001"
The rotors may have been overtorqued as well.
Does the vibration get worse when the brakes are applied?
