The information is from www.alldatadiy.com. Basically, the service
bulletins and service procedure online. $25/year to get access.

I think the 28.4 means the difference between the highest and lowest
number should not exceed 28.4. Your range is 20 so it is within
tolerance.

As far as a problem, I would not think so (but I'd say trust the mechanic
over my opinion).
