Volvo 850 ECC problem... 850 1993

Well here's the verdic on the ECC unit. The dealer states its completely shot. The will gladly take $1300.00 today to replace the unit. Doe's anyone know of recycled/used volvo yard that may have this unit. What should I expect to pay?
Any help is appreciated.
