Thanks for the report. About those door handles, you're the second person who had pointed them out. Wood would be nice. I read that they chose plastic because it goes with the metal parts of the interior and is more comfortable to hold than metal. The plastic, decorative "skid plate" on the rear on some models looks really tacky, too.
