Heated seats S70

I just got a 99 S70 in January.
When I got the car the heated seats were just at the right temperature.
Now my seat(driver side) is way too hot. I can't stand it and must shut it down ; it is -25C outside !
Any idea what could be the problem. It must be the thermostat. Where is it located ? Easy to change ?
