ignition key removal S80 2000

It's probably in need of a cable adjustment. There's a cable that runs between the shifter and ignition switch and it's purpose it to insure that the car's in P before you can remove the key. Either that cable or it's linkage needs adjustment or it's sticking (shifter area).
