Until today, I've never been there or heard of them BUT anyone in any type of business has to know about legalities involving a company name. It's nothing new and before one chooses a name, one really needs to consider legal issues over the choice of words used, whether on the net or at a local storefront. I can understand why VCNA (Volvo) would have an issue with that site and any other major company would do the same. The use of the word "Volvo" in the name can be interpreted as though VCNA has something to do with that site and that's obviously not the case.
To even try fighting VCNA over the idea on this small matter is foolish as they have deeper pockets and the law on their side.
