Is this a PNP-switch problem? 850

HI,
Sure sounds like the PNP switch. My wife`s 855 tranny does the same thing everytime it gets cold( we live north of Montana)but so far, this winter it hasn`t been all that cold so no problems thus far. It`s supposed to get cold mid-week so we`ll see if the symptoms return.
She hasn`t been left stranded in the 2+ years we`ve owned the car but it can be a pain when the car stays in low gear `til it warms up.
