most batteries never last more than 3-4yrs regardless of warrantee.the long warrantees are gimmicks to get you to coming back for pro-ration.go to some place like autozone and get it checked for free then if you need a battery get a new one at sams or a preowned one at interstate.remember.batteries can failure when it is very cold or very hot.the other thing that kills batteries is excess vibration so be sure its tied down good.
