I CHECK THE FUSE FIRST, LOOKED OK,

DO I NEED TO REMOVE THE GLOVE BOX OR GO UNDER,

I BACKED OUT ALL THE TORX BOLTS IN THE GLOVE BOX, WOULD NOT
COME OUT, SO I STOPED, I NEED SOME HELP
