Cabin Filter Retainer (9488525-8; $14.47)

K&N Air Filter (K&N #33-2670; $56.00*)
Spark Plugs (Volvo-272313; $16.12)
Distributor Cap (Bosch-3501944; $19.52)
Rotor (Bosch-1367783; $10.14)
Ignition Wire Set (Bougicord-9135700; $51.03)
Fuel Filter (Bosch-9142658; $21.87)
Accessory Drive Belt (Conti-9186352; $21.64)
Throttle Body Gasket (9135990-1; $3.05)
Thermostat Kit-87c (271417; $11.29)
Coolant (9434699-6; $14.36)
O-Ring Kit (Heater Hoses, 3545662-3; $6.77)
*Balance Tires
*Replace vacuum lines
*Remove, Clean, & Re-attach turbo ducting

As you can see, I replaced the Cap & Rotor, they were quite worn out. I did the ignition wires, too. I highly reccommend flushing the ATF fluid as well. As a matter of fact, I did mine twice, about 1000 miles apart, just to get the tranny cleaned out real good. Parts were purchased from www.alloemvolvoparts.com FCPGroton is a great place, too.
