REPLACING THE BATTARY TIME V70-XC70

There's a black hard rubber clamp thingey at the right side of the battery tray that holds the battery in place. No bolt there. Just the 2 bolts on the battery cables.

You also will need to set your clock, yes that must explain the $200!
