Tranny Flush , help 850 1997

Hi All..

I noticed some tips on how to flush your auto tranny .. The problem is
im kinda stupid..

Is there anyone from sweden who can explain how its done in swedish?

All the terms go wrong when trying to convert the english word to swedish..

Are there any articles in swedish explaining this procedure?

Im not a mechanic , but i try a little , i change oil / filter , spark plugs, fuel filter, brakes , so I know my way around the car, but maybe im just scared of doing the flush wrong... you know breaking the tranny is not cheap :)

help me get rid of my demons :)
