Thinking of getting a 95 with 100k 850

Have 174K on my 95 850 turbo still going strong but did work in the following areas. Ask the following:
1) Have control arms, ball joints and sway bar links been replaced?
2) How many times was the timing belt replaced and did they do a water pump too?
3) Burn any oil?
4) Rotors been replaced?
5) Trans flushed how many times?
6) What types of oil filters were used? (Volvo and Mann give best performance)
7) Are the struts in good shape?
8) How many sets of tires did the owner go through, if it was driven hard?
9) Ever any air conditioning work? (If not, it may need some soon)
