I'd say "not likely" as the engine doesn't really "rock&roll" THAT much as a result of that bushing being cracked. The drain tube is also clamped to another fixed pipe that doesn't move so that tube can't start shakin' all by itself either. Both tend to fail at around 60-70K miles, no big deal either IMHO.
