no brake lights 850 1993

If the bulb failure warning light is on it can be virtually any bulb on the car with the exception of fog lamps and license plate lamps.

If your brake lights simply aren't working and the bulb failure light is on, you have a short somewhere. You can start by checking if the little switch on your brake pedal is working. Are tail lights and turn signals working properly?
