I just bought a stright piece from the parts store, all you
need is about 4" to allow for a somewhat more generous bend
to prevent kinking.
It is a @#$%# to get to without removing the power steering
pump, but it can be done with a pair of long needle nose pliers.
The hose fits on to a small plastic pipe that is hidden inside
some foam insulation. I had to pull some of that insulation
off to expose the end of the pipe.
There is a clamp that secures the hose to the manifold and
it can be re used.
Bay 13 has got some good pictures of the area in general, where
the elbow can be seen, it also has some good advice on how
to get to it.
