vibration noise S40-V40

I'm wondering if anyone out there can help diagnose a slight buzzing/vibration sound coming from under the hood. I think it's on the passenger side but I'm not sure. It only makes this noise when the engine is cold and initially when I'm giving it some gas. The sound only lasts for a 1-2 seconds and goes away after I reach speed. The sound repeats after I come to a stop and give it some gas again. After the engine is hot the vibration noise goes away completely. It seemed to have started after I got the spark plugs replaced, but I'm not sure if it started immediately after the replacement or some days thereafter. Any ideas what this could be? I looked under the hood and couldn't find any loose parts.
