Seat Cushion Replacement? 850 1994

I had this problem with my 91 940 after about 173K. Did some phone work on shops that install tops, and interiors. Found a local place that removed the seat cushion, installed new heavier weight foam, same shape, and put it back together. Cost was some $65.00 If I had to do it myself, I would have had to buy the foam, cut it to fit, glue the pcs. together, and reassemble. Seemed like a lot of work for a small amount of savings.
