heated seat ,mirrors & reverse light dont work 850

A few question to help
1) Does the light on the heated switch illuminate when you press the switch?
2) The mirrors are easily pulled off by hand and you can check voltage there
Of course -- do all this after you confirm the fuse - relays are OK. \
