MAF sensor problems 850 1994

The guy at Bay13 works at a dealer and is correct. Volvo has a grease called "low temp grease" for electrical connectors that works well but if you'ld prefer, a di-electric grease will also be fine.
As for a $330 job, it's only held in the air cleaner by 2 screws, takes a minute to replace IF it was really defective (highly unlikely on a '94 850). Now, if you had a newer Volvo (like '99 on up) then yeah, it'd get costly.
