low fuel milage

my wife drives 1998s70glt 5cylinder auto and she averages about 20-22mpg.

done everything to try to improve it except remove the lead off her right foot.

i think the power to weight ratio of volvos are pretty poor so dont expect too much except maybe on long trips in flatland country.
