Help with sway bar links S70 1998

I wouldn't "pop" them out, as it may result in injury, which of course you don't need, and popping them will cost you time and safety to replace since they would need to be installed under tension. I would lift the car to the point that the tension is gone and then remove them. Much safer and you will have no problem replacing them.
