Assuming by running rough you mean you can feel vibrations through the steering wheel and seat, I'll tell you some of it is normal and it's just the nature of the 5 cylinder engine on ten year old engine mounts. My '98 is way smoother than my '93 at idle and it's always been that way. But, if its really excessive then check the engine mounts, specifically the lower one visible through the right side wheel well. In general, if the pin is at the bottom of the slot then the mount has collapsed and replacing it may improve smoothness at idle. I felt a slight improvement in idle smoothness when I replaced my mount. Its not too bad of a job to replace.
