Engine Idle Problem...Please Help...! 850 1995

My 1995 850 se starts fine and runs great untill I stop and leave the car to cool for 20 minutes or so. On restart the engine idle is so slow (about 300-400 revs) the engine stalls. However if I continue to drive the engine warms and idle is correct. I,ve checked for fault codes and system is good. Any ideas as this is becomeing very annoying.
