Heh Bob;
I just had the same thing happen to my 850's windshield. An earlier post on this message board stated that you should ONLY install another OE Volvo windshield.
I just called a local dealer the other day and they told me that they can order the Volvo windshield and have a source they use come in to the dealer and install it. I too was told to check my "Comprehensive" insurance and I found out that I have a $100 deductible. The Volvo dealer told me the total cost for the windshield and labor is $560. I am going to drop the $100 to keep an OE windshield in my baby.
