horn dead :) 850 1995

Most common failure is the horn contacts (four each) in the steering wheel. They will often fail in the closed position, so you're lucky! But not really, because this is an expensive repair ($500+), unless you can figure out a way to glue things back together.

You should also check to make sure the horns are getting voltage. If they are, then it's possible the horns themselves did fail at the same time.
