You'ld have to replace all the hubs with a '94 on up 850 and that's only IF everything else is the same. I've never tryed so I don't know but the ONLY good reason why you'ld ever want to do that is if you really have to have a 5 bolt, newer type wheel.
I have an older Mustang with 4 bolts too and although some convert them to 5 bolt, I've never felt the desire to do all that for slightly different wheels.
