timming belt question before i kill s70na

i just hate the volvo dealers here in montreal i have maintained the car since i got it 3 years ago both belts still look great and the times i have had it serviced either i felt the labor for small job was a bit much(1.5hr to check codes and clear) or the work was less than one would expect for $75.00 hr/ when i called about the timming belt they already had me expecting to change tensioner so i don't intend to keep feeding them
