Heater core replacement?? V70-XC70

If it's leaking, you can see evidence of it by removing the carpet and plastic cover just to the right of the gas pedal. It's not hard to replace compared to replacing the evap (major job) or even replacing a heater core on most other models/cars. Besides the two pipes, there's just 4 screws and the heater cores box comes out (dash stays in).
