V70 Door Panel Insert 'Delaminating' ?

Common problem. If you bought it from a Volvo dealer, make 'em fix it. If you DIDN'T buy it from a Volvo dealer, go complain, You might get lucky.

There is a "kit" available from Volvo dealers to repair the panels. There was, at one time, an "exchange" program with "rebuilt" door panels.

This has been discussed at length in the past. Try the Brickboard "search' function, it might be helpful.
