Correct me if I'm wrong,
I guess you're talking about the bolt that holds the mount in place? It is really tough to loosen. I found it easy with the extension and when the metal bracket is still connected to the firewall. You really have to push hard. However, at the same time you need to be careful not to bend the bracket. After loosening the bolt, loosen the bolt for the bracket from the firewall. Then you have to cut the outer ring of the OEM engine mount carefully with a hacksaw, steak knife (or in my case the tip of a screwdriver :)). It is some kind of a brittle, hard teflon looking plastic/composite material. When you cut it, it is really easy to get it out. Depending on what replacement you have, you just slide in the two piece IPD type mount, or you have to compress the OEM mount with a C-clamp (Or an oil filter wrench might be used if it is strong enough I guess) and slide it in. Then the re-assembly is the reverse of the above. I can send you the torque specifications for both of the bolts if you don't have them already.
