Need Help--Smoke everywhere 850 1994

You could check empirically. Reconnect the hose, and drive it around. A blown turbo smokes when under boost - especially hard boost - and seems to go away under relaxed driving. A failed rear shaft oil seal in the turbo will allow more oil than usual to mist into the exhaust, where it gets burned up. You didn't say how many miles on the car - but if you've been doing regular oil changes then you shouldn't see problems before 250K miles, if then.
